The Guadalupe County Aggie Moms decorate a tree every year for the Seguin Downtown Square Christmas Tree decorating contest. Our Moms have a great time and do a great job decorating the Christmas tree with Aggie Spirit! Many of the decorations are hand-made and signify the scholastic year for their Aggie.
This year’s theme was ‘Reveille’. Miss Rev, as she’s known on campus is the official mascot of Texas A&M. She has reigned as the First Lady of Aggieland since 1931. Our Club Tree received lots of compliments and praise from those who saw it.
In the Aggie spirit of service, our Club donated an abundant amount of supplies to Animal Shelters in Guadalupe County to include: Cibolo Animal Services, Guadalupe County Humane Society, Schertz Animal Services and Under Savanna’s Wings Animal Rescue.
The Guadalupe County Moms annually create “goodie” bags for Aggies to help them get through Finals. This fall, we made approximately 60 bags and delivered to the Aggies during the Thanksgiving break so they would have some great “stress relief” … Read More »
